Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026 · DELRIQUE Business Group
1. Introduction
DELRIQUE Group is dedicated to building meaningful businesses through quality, long-term thinking, and strict data privacy standards. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, disclose, and safeguard personal data when you visit delrique.com or engage with our operating divisions: DELRIQUE Apparel, DELRIQUE Infotech, and DELRIQUE Labs. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, as applicable.
2. Information We Collect
Through this website we collect only the personal data you choose to give us, plus routine technical data needed to run the site securely. Data we collect during separate (offline/contractual) business relationships is governed by the relevant agreement.
- Contact & Corporate Identity (via our forms): Full name, professional email address, telephone number (optional), company/institution name (optional), and division you are interested in.
- Enquiry & Request Content: The message or details you submit through our contact, analytics opt-out, and data-request forms.
- Technical Log Data: IP address, browser type/version, operating system, and timestamps, retained briefly to operate, secure, and rate-limit the site.
- Analytics Data (consent-based): If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may process online identifiers and usage telemetry (see our Cookie Policy). Analytics never runs before your consent.
3. Division-Specific Data Handling
- DELRIQUE Apparel: The apparel site is business-to-business only. It does not intentionally collect data about children or students, and does not create student profiles, measurements, or orders. Institutional buyers should not submit child/student personal data through our forms. Where institutional uniform measurement rosters are shared under a separate contract, they are restricted to authorized production and logistics personnel.
- DELRIQUE Infotech: Client network topology data, audit logs, and infrastructure credentials are handled under enterprise-grade perimeters and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- DELRIQUE Labs: Research platforms and software builds adhere to zero-telemetry and data-sovereignty architectures wherever requested; data remains local to client deployments unless otherwise agreed.
4. How We Use Your Information
We process personal data only for the purpose for which you provided it (and compatible purposes), including:
- Responding to your enquiry (use of data you voluntarily provided, DPDP Act section 7(a)).
- Acting on your data-rights, consent-withdrawal, and opt-out requests.
- Issuing commercial quotes, billing statements, and contract updates where a business relationship exists.
- Running website analytics only if you have consented (DPDP Act section 6).
- Protecting the website against abuse, fraud, and security threats (e.g. rate-limit and bot-verification records).
- Complying with applicable legal and statutory obligations in India and other operating jurisdictions.
5. Marketing & Your Consent Choices
Where we send occasional product or industry updates, we do so only with your separate, specific consent given through an opt-in checkbox on our forms. Consent is never required to receive a reply to your enquiry, and you may withdraw it at any time on our Data Rights page or by writing to the Delrique Compliance Team. Withdrawal stops the relevant processing (including analytics) promptly.
6. Zero Data Selling Guarantee
DELRIQUE does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only with the service providers actually used by Delrique — listed below — and only to the extent needed to operate this website, under confidentiality obligations.

8. Data Security & Retention
We enforce defense-in-depth security measures including TLS encryption in transit, role-based access control (RBAC), bot-verification and rate-limiting on all data-collection forms, and least-privilege configuration of server files. Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected (e.g. resolving your enquiry or request), or as required by applicable tax and commercial law. Rate-limit and security logs are purged automatically. You may ask us at any time to delete personal data we hold about you (subject to legal retention).
