Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026 · DELRIQUE Business Group
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit websites within the DELRIQUE ecosystem (including delrique.com and our division portals). They help us ensure security, remember basic user preferences, and optimize website performance.
2. How DELRIQUE Uses Cookies
DELRIQUE uses only essential cookies for security and form state, plus analytics cookies that are placed only after you give consent via the consent banner. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Essential Cookies: Session state and security tokens required for functionality.
- Security & CSRF Tokens: Session-held tokens that protect our forms against Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks; these are server-side and not tracking cookies.
- Consent Preference: Your consent choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (key
delrique_consent_v1) so we respect it on repeat visits; it is not a cookie and contains no personal data. - Analytics Cookies (consent-only): Google Analytics cookies (
_ga,_gid,_ga_<id>) are placed only if you choose “Accept All” or enable analytics in Preferences. Rejecting them prevents Google Analytics from loading entirely.
3. Inventory of Storage We Use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Essential cookie | Maintains secure server-side session and CSRF token state | Browser session |
| CSRF Guard (session-held) | Essential (server-side) | Prevents cross-site request forgery on forms & inquiries | Browser session |
| delrique_consent_v1 | Local storage (not a cookie) | Stores your consent choice so we honour it on repeat visits | Until you change it or clear site data |
| _ga / _gid / _ga_<id> | Analytics (consent-only) | Aggregate usage metrics placed ONLY after you accept analytics | Up to 2 years (per Google defaults / your Analytics settings) |
4. Third-Party Processors
We do not sell data and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The services involved in running this site are listed in our Privacy Policy (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Zoho, Cloudflare, MilesWeb). Google Analytics runs only after you grant consent; Cloudflare Turnstile protects form submissions; Zoho handles business email; MilesWeb hosts the site.
5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can control, update, or withdraw your choices at any time:
- Use the Privacy Preferences button in the footer to accept all, reject all, or manage analytics, and to submit an analytics opt-out request.
- Withdraw consent via our Data Rights & Privacy Requests page or by emailing the Delrique Compliance Team.
- Manage or disable cookies directly in your web browser settings.
You can also manage or disable cookies directly in your web browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and other site data
- Mozilla Firefox: Preferences > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Apple Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings > Site Permissions > Cookies and site data
Disabling essential cookies may impact functional features such as form submissions.
6. Policy Modifications
DELRIQUE reserves the right to update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect technological, legal, or operational changes across our business group. Revised versions will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
