Your Rights Under the DPDP Act
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to:
- Provide a copy (summary or details) of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erase personal data, subject to legal retention obligations we may have.
- Object to legitimate-use processing of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent you may have given (e.g. marketing updates or analytics).
We will respond to your request within 30 (thirty) days of receiving it, as required under the DPDP Act and Rules.

Once we respond, if you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the
Data Protection Board of India under section 13(3) of the DPDP Act.
What Happens Next?
- We verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorised access.
- We act on your request within 30 days, or inform you if we need more time and why.
- Where you withdraw consent, we stop processing for that purpose promptly and cease the relevant processing (including analytics and marketing).
- We may be required to retain certain data longer to comply with tax or commercial law; we will tell you if this applies.
